Lpe provided structural engineering services for a new Science building(s) and Lecture Hall.

Structural design of a multiple 3 story composite steel framed structures for the new teaching and research lab spaces for the chemistry and biology science facility. Structure was designed for stringent vibrational requirements for the lab equipment design criteria. The structure consists of braced framed support on drilled shafts bearing on rock with grade beams. Lateral stability was provided by a combination of braced frames and concrete shear walls. The foundation consists of deep foundations and the structural framing consists of steel framed composite structure with normal weight concrete.
