Meharry Medical College Living-Learning Center is located on the corner of 21st Avenue North on the southwest side of Campus.

The building is a six-story structure consisting of a single-level parking garage, 126 apartment-style units, flexible teaching spaces and retail spaces. The facility will also house offices, support, resident amenities and outdoor terraces.
