Structural engineering services for the design of a new Nashville Youth Campus for Empowerment.  

The facility will be approximately 255,000 square feet in size including roughly 70,000 square feet of secured Juvenile detention space, 160,000 square feet of court related components, and 25,000 square feet of enhanced services including an Assessment Center and Infant Court Program. 

In addition, 3- story structured parking garage for 650 vehicles is anticipated to accommodate public and staff needs. Based on the usage of the structure a Risky Category of III was assigned to the primary buildings.

The project budget is estimated at $220 million with design drawings to be issued in December 2024 with construction to be completed in 2027.
