LPe has been providing structural engineering services at ICCT since 2020. The temple is undergoing a significant expansion and additions including multiple projects. Some of the projects include:

  • New Museum & Annamaiya Statue: A new museum showcasing the temple history and artifacts envisioned in the campus planning. The Museum will consists of a steel framed structure with intricate stone cladding. The new statue would be approximately 115 feet and will have a unique geometry that meets the requirements of the owner supplied profile. We anticipate the structure to be framed of steel with foundations including pedestals per the recommendations of a geotechnical engineering report.

  • New Pavilion and Entrance: An open-air steel framed pavilion structure is proposed to be used for meditation purposes is being designed for the use of the devotees.

  • Kotilinga: The project consists of a 13‑story structure of approximately 675,000 square feet, designed with a specialized geometry to accommodate and support owner‑furnished lingam statues. The building is anticipated to utilize a light steel framing system, with foundations designed in accordance with recommendations from a qualified geotechnical engineer. Our scope will include the design of retaining walls, foundation walls, pedestrian access bridges, and other required structural components. The structural design will also incorporate stairs and elevator systems.
