Enhancements and structural renovations to the existing water treatment plant. Structural modifications include demolition and replacement of concrete baffles, walkways and concrete columns. New weirs and effluent flumes were also designed as part of the scope. A concrete lining and repair of cracks in the tanks were part of the scope.
